As of Jan 13, 2020 all clients will be changed the same for late cancels and no shows. $25
Megas will be held for the first 5 minutes from start of class time. After the 5 minutes; Megas will be given to the member waiting. Please don’t be late!
Grip socks are MANDATORY as of Jan 13, 2020
Core954 reserves the right to cancel classes with two or less.
All account issues are to be emailed to Info@core954.com or call 954-826-3799. Please be advised that all account issues are handled during regular business hours.
Please give 24-48hrs for all client account issues.
Instructors are not responsible for scheduling member classes. All members are to use the website www.core954.com or the MINDBODY app.
Only Mega Monthly Unlimited Clients can book ahead.
Texting during class is dangerous please get off the mega and step into the back area near the restrooms to continue texting. We want to keep you safe, NO Planking and Texting!
Phone calls during classes are not permitted we understand that it can be an emergency. Please step outside or into the restroom to continue with your phone call. It is for the safety of the members on the megas and for the respect of the instructors teaching the classes.
Do not text or call the studio or instructor to inform them of a late arrival.
No Merchandise refunds.
Single Mega Class purchase are non refundable
Core954 reserves the right to refund the transaction into the account to be used as a Studio Credit towards other class packages or merchandise.
All drinking containers must have a lid.
