CORE954 does not require you to take a private session before scheduling into a group class. Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early so our Certified Lagree trainers can explain the Megaformer M3S machine to you. We do recommend enrolling in an Introductory or Beginners class first, which will give you a good foundation of essential exercises and an idea of class pace. We also recommend taking 8-10 classes before scheduling into a Level II class. If you have specific injuries or concerns, then private sessions may be beneficial to give you special attention.

Our studio policy allows one class per day. If multiple reservations are made for the same day, your earliest reservation will be kept and all others will be removed. For new members, we recommend giving your body plenty of time to recover (24-48 hrs) before taking your next class

Login to your Member site and click on the Reservations link, and choose [+Reserve Class Time]. You can schedule into any class your membership allows by selecting that day and time. To cancel, click Reservations, click on the reservation you wish to cancel, and click on the cancel button.

Yes. We ask all clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class so you can prepare for a prompt start. To respect those who may be on a wait list, if you have not arrived by the beginning of class your place may be given away. Also, it is important to know that the front door will be locked during classes to ensure privacy, a focused environment, and safety for the instructor and participants from any outside distractions. Please review our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.

We have a 12 hour cancellation period, which means if you cancel 12 hours before a scheduled class you will not lose your credit. If you cancel inside of 12 hours or do not show for a scheduled class you will lose that class credit. For unlimited members, a cancellation inside of 12 hours or a no-show will incur a $25 charge to your account. You must cancel out of a scheduled class through your member login. Voicemails and emails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.

Yes. After adding yourself to the waitlist, and automated email will notify you if/when you have been added to reserved status. Our normal cancellation policy still applies to those who are on a wait list and added to a class automatically.

Yes. All our class packages have an expiration, excluding the monthly unlimited memberships. The 5, 10, and 20 class packages expire in 30, 90, and 120 days respectively. The monthly limited options expire 30 days from the date of purchase, and the monthly unlimited auto-renews every 30 days.

We recommend to wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely. We are a mandatory grip sock studio. You can purchase socks from our studio for $15 – $25/pair (Toesox and Tavi Noir). We also provide towels and purified water.
